At Leaven, we wanted to keep the food true to Italy, simple and full of flavour!. Rupert has been involved with ART Hospitality since 2016.
He started his career at Hereford Tech College and did 3 years of hospitality and catering. I learnt the most while working at Bill Granger’s in Sydney & with Mark Jankle & Jun Tanaka in London.
